The International
Leader in the Education of Kabbalah
An
astonishing 3.5 million people around the world have
already been touched by the powerful teachings of
Kabbalah, thanks to Rav Berg, his wife Karen, and
the great spiritual lineage of which they are a part.
The Kabbalah Centre is the largest international organization
devoted to teaching the wisdom of Kabbalah, motivated
by no desire other than the spiritual growth of humankind.
As the acknowledged source of Kabbalistic wisdom,
with 50 locations worldwide, a vast Web site, and
a wealth of resources including books, CDs, and audiotapes,
The Kabbalah Centre has developed an extensive curriculum,
tailored to students regardless of age or level of
knowledge.
The Kabbalah Centre is a prolific publisher and producer
of Kabbalistic materials, with more than 20 books
in print in 10 languages. Most recently, The Kabbalah
Centre has completed the monumental task of producing
the first-ever comprehensive English translation of
The Zohar. This new edition includes both a full translation
and commentary, making this once inaccessible text
understandable to all.
The curriculum at the Kabbalah Centre is constantly
expanding as Rav Berg continues to decipher the Zohar
and other Kabbalistic texts, revealing new insights
monthly.
The teachings of The Kabbalah Centre are based on
the Zohar, the foundational sacred text of Kabbalistic
wisdom, as well as the writings of the worlds
great Kabbalists. The Zohar decodes the mysteries
and the universal spiritual system described within
the Torah. Instruction at The Kabbalah Centre is available
through seminars, courses, workshops, individual private
study, books, audiotapes, and videos. There are also
on-line courses offered on The Kabbalah Centre website,
www.kabbalah.com.
Each Kabbalah Centre is a supportive community that
provides students with an environment to grow spiritually,
exchange ideas, and develop relationships with like-minded
people.
Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag established The Kabbalah Centre
in Jerusalem in 1922. His student, Rabbi Yehuda Brandwein,
succeeded him. In 1969, Rabbi Brandwein passed on
the responsibility for continuing this legacy to Kabbalist
Rav Berg, who remains the current director of the
Centre.
